NEED TO ORGANIZE A RETURN?
- You can submit a Return Request thrugh our website glowny.co.kr.
- Simply log-in to your account and go to My Account. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item you want to return. If you didn’t make an account with us, simply email email@example.com. We will contact you via email and allocate you with a Return order #.
- Fill in the Returns Form and include in the parcel with the item(s) you are returning.
- Before sending any items, please ensure you have submitted a return request, as you will need a Returns Authorization Number for the return to be accepted.

- Please email us a photo of the return postage Invoice as proof of shipping.
- Once the items have been received by our Glowny office, we will contact you to process the exchange or refund. Please allow 1-2 business days from the receipt of your returned package for the items to be processed and checked by our team.
- You must request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving items.
- The item must be in original condition, within 7 days of receiving the items.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway.
- We cannot accept returned garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Please take care when trying garments.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be send back to the customer.
- If your item/s meet our requirements, please fill out the Return form.
- The items/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is issued to the customer.
- Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 10 working days to clear the funds back onto your account.
- Keep an eye out for email notifications from us, as we’ll keep you updated along the way.
